Residential Neighborhoods:The City of Bel Aire is vibrant and thriving with several new housing developments including Central Park and Elk Creek.  Both developments are located next to City Hall, the Bel Aire Police Department, The Bel Aire Senior Center and the site locations for the new USD 259 K-8 and High School anticipated to open in 2012. Central ParkCentral Park is located between Woodlawn and Rock just south of 53rd Street.  This residential neighborhood is being built in three phases The Park, The Village, and The Landing.
