City of Bel Aire

Utility Payments can now be made online. To make a payment you will need your Utility Account number. A 2.5% fee will be added to your transaction to cover the processing charge for using a credit card. This fee is collected by Federal Payments and does not go to the City of Bel Aire. Payments are posted at Midnight each day and will be posted to your utility account on the day the transaction was initiated. If are paying after the 10th of each month your account will be subject to late fees in accordance with the late payment policy of the city.
