TAI-CHI QIGONG

This exercise is slow, gentle and soft. It revitalizes and enhances body health. Learn it in 10 weeks. The package includes tips on Massage and Reflexology, Meditation, Healthy eating, and others. It is strongly encouraged that you attend the entire 10 week session.

Day & Time:      Thursdays, 5:45 - 7:00

YOGA

YOGA is a great way to start a better lifestyle.  This new class is for beginners as well as intermediates and appropriate for teens through seniors.  Classes are now underway.  Yoga mats are to be provided by the participant.

Ages:                         13 & up
Days & Times:        Mondays & Wednesdays  6:10 – 7:10 p.m.
Monthly Fees:          2X/week                          $20

TAEKWONDO - Kim's Academy

This class emphasizes fundamental techniques in self-defense, proper attitude, discipline, respect, and cooperation, while providing a great workout. This program is offered all year.  New students may join at any time.

Days & Times:        Mondays & Fridays            5:00 – 5:50 p.m. OR
                                   Mondays & Thursdays      7:10 – 8:10 p.m.

TAI-CHI CHUAN

Tai-Chi is a great activity for adults of all ages. Tai-Chi is a form of exercise that has been practiced throughout Asia for centuries. The class will take students through a series of slow and gentle movements that are designed to invigorate the mind as well as exercise the body.

Day & Time:             1st Saturday of the Month at 10:00 am

                                   Fridays 6:10 - 7:10 (10 participants minimum, call for details)

Fee:                           $5 per class

 


 

BEL AIRE WALKERS

The gymnasium is exclusively open Monday-Friday from 8:00-900 a.m. for walking. Walking is also available during some open gym times, please call for times. There is no charge for pass holders or is available with the purchase of a daily pass.

 


FITNESS CENTER (ages 16 & up)

The Fitness Center consists of elliptical cross trainers, treadmills, recumbent bike, multi-station weight machine and free weights. There is no charge for passholders or is available with the purchase of a daily pass.
