YOGA
YOGA is a great way to start a better lifestyle. This new class is for beginners as well as intermediates and appropriate for teens through seniors. Classes are now underway. Yoga mats are to be provided by the participant.
Ages: 13 & up
Days & Times: Mondays & Wednesdays 6:10 - 7:10 p.m.

SENIOR AEROBICS
The senior aerobics class meets on Wednesdays from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. at the Bel Aire Recreation Center. You can join at any time!
TAEKWONDO - Kim's Academy
This class emphasizes fundamental techniques in self-defense, proper attitude, discipline, respect, and cooperation, while providing a great workout. This program is offered all year. New students may join at any time.
Ages: 5 - Adult
Days & Times: Mondays & Fridays 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. OR
Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.

BEL AIRE WALKERS
The gymnasium is exclusively open Monday-Friday from 8:00-900 a.m. for walking. Walking is also available during some open gym times, please call for times. There is no charge for pass holders or is available with the purchase of a daily pass.

FITNESS CENTER (ages 16 & up)
The Fitness Center consists of elliptical cross trainers, treadmills, recumbent bike, multi-station weight machine and free weights. There is no charge for passholders or is available with the purchase of a daily pass.
