Job Retention and Business Expansion Training
Persisting economic conditions over the past few years have produced an environment that is often difficult for businesses to efficiently operate in. Fluctuations in employment demands as well as the sluggish economy have led to stressful uncertainties from one day to the next. The Bel Aire Area Chamber of Commerce recognizes the difficulties our local businesses face and want to establish an environment that helps provide some relief.
Over the next couple of months, a tremendous opportunity will be coming to Bel Aire businesses! The Bel Aire Area Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Wichita State University's Center for Management Development to provide formal management training for business owners, managers, supervisors, and other authoritative decision makers. I encourage you and/or your supervisory staff to consider attending each of the three training modules.
